Description
Samsara is a delicate ground plant that thrives in high-humidity, wet environments. It populates the Amazon Basin, Central America, and the Caribbean. Its Latin name “pectoralis” refers to the chest. Historically, healers across Brazil and the Caribbean boiled the leaves into thick syrups to act as a smooth muscle relaxant and expectorant.
